FAQ

Before you start a trial

How soon can I try after applying?

We review and open your ops workspace, then send the admin account to the brand-company contact. Applications are handled in order; note your opening plan in remarks so we can prioritize.

Can our brand’s dishes be managed freely per store?

You set menus and recipes and assign store warehouses yourself. After you adjust a menu, it updates immediately on your marketing site.

Can I see pricing now?

The public site first shows how many brands and stores you can run, and which modules. Formal pricing is set during the trial conversation, on an affordable basis.

We only have company stores and aren’t franchising yet—can we use it?

You still need this system: it keeps in-store ordering and requisitions running smoothly, and you can turn on franchise and rollout later when you start recruiting.

Why does your website look so simple?

restocube.com is the application entry for a restaurant operating system. After the trial is approved, you enter your own company ops workspace to manage brands and stores.

What are the trial steps?

Pick a rough scale → submit company and contact → we review and provision → hand off the admin account → you follow in-product guidance to create brands, menus and store warehouses, then trial ordering, pricing and requisitions.

Still unsure? Write it in the application notes—we’ll reply to your situation.
